Just 15 days after his divorce from Camille Grammer was finalized, Kelsey Grammer has wed Kayte Walsh.

His rep confirmed the news:

Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh were married today at a private ceremony for family and friends,

The couple exchanged vows this afternoon at the Longacre Theater in New York City, with the reception being held at The Plaza Hotel’s Grand Ballroom.

Even after three failed attempts, Kelsey Grammer is not gun-shy about marriage! The actor, who is in the midst of divorcing ex Camille, is now engaged to his new girlfriend Kayte Walsh, his rep confirms.

“They have been engaged for a while,” Grammer’s rep said.

I’d be willing to bet that Kelsey is sure to seal the deal with a prenuptial agreement so he doesn’t wind up with such a huge dent in his fortune should he get divorced again.
